    Horror Scifi
This horror scifi movie keep me hook to the horror series once again and it need to be done right. The characters dialougue were superb and the director and the actors excels at their part. Its like watching a new movie of family friendly movies again. The Megan movies is the best of its genre and I think that the movie is direct and its good but it must have a story full-fleged out for a sequel. The review is not best but readable and the lighting and acting is perfect. Its so good that I forgot about everything for a moment and I think it should on the top-most movies of the released. Megan is forgettable but its enough to make a sequel.

    Gen Z horror, folks
I finally got around to watching the unrated version of this ultra-hyped movie that fell so very flat. James Wan was once a power house in the horror movie world and he's just getting lamer every year. This movie wanted to be Chucky and Orphan but for tweens. I don't know how adults actually like this movie. This could have easily been a short film but they padded out as much fluff as they possibly could. At least the Child's Play movies became self-aware.

I'll give M3gan props on her design, she looked amazing, but the fact that they keep referring to her as a toy is ridiculous. And then something so sophisticated will sell for 10 grand is even more ridiculous. They literally invented a military grade sentient being. The whole premise is just awful. Good job, Jason Blum. Your studio keeps making money on some of the worst horror movies in existence.

It's supposed to be a horror movie not a musical!
This movie was a huge disappointment, if I would have even had any expectations. But it's a completely ridiculous movie. The plot of making an child's toy that happens to be a rapidly advancing AI seems oddly familiar... (Child's Play 2019) The movie also lacks any sense of thrill or suspense. The kills are bland, the dialogue is boring, the characters seem really flat and the scares are none existent at all. Not to mention the kills are incredibly PG.

Over all I just think that this movie was given far much more credit than it deserved. It's a repetitive plot that many of us have seen before. The best thing I can come up that's going for this movie is probably the lighting, literally...

Cool Story unfortunately Missing reality and authentic Emotion
The beginning is weak. The puppet is Into Action only after 40 or so minutes Into the movie. The end is boring too, too predictable. The Story itself is really great. The puppet can scan the facial expressions of Humans for emotions f.e. And has a great camera (zoom) Lens in the eyes. The puppet is called M3gan. The aunt ist totally unable to Take care for child Kathy and so she have to give her M3gan which she programmed. But M3gan is programmed to kill and Stop and remove every threat to Kathy including her aunt. This is because she is supposed to learn her skills, also by accessing Internet Databases. She Sees and hears. She is Getting more information every minute. The mid Part is real good but the First and end Part is lame as hell. I Wish they would have Not let M3gan run after the Bully For example. This is Not supposed to be an science function Movie. Robots are the Future and The Movie could have portraied this perfectly when they would have Made M3gan acting more belivable, when the Movie would Have had reduced other unrealistic scenes, Like the Monster humanoid or the Bully scene. Also the Drama I really missed so much. When M3gan, Kathy and the aunt talk about her killed Parents, you feel sadness. This was a good Point to start giving the viewers a emotional affection to the hole storyline. But in the hole Movie there never was really a bound between Kathy and her aunt. The viewers never Had a Chance to emotionally really feel with M3gan or all Others. And so it was Not Packing. With Kathy we Had a real nice actor to create the emotion and reality of a horrible sad Story we miss Here. The Movie missed to create reality. I mean why would the aunt never and only at the end ask question about M3gan? Marsians could smell that this puppet is Not good for a child. Reality Looks different. 6/10.

M3GAN is everything your expecting and more
There's not much to say, this movie knows EXACTLY what it is, M3gan delivered and I didn't expect to be laughing at some of the stupidest and funniest stuff I've seen in a 'horror/thriller' movie. The story wasn't difficult to follow and was basically a rendition of the Child's Play (2019) remake but way better in my opinion. The movies setting also didn't diverge to some absolute absurd locations either, everything made sense and fit together nicely with an entertaining ending to top it off. THE biggest flaw the movie had was definitely its maturity rating, as an Australian this film was (M) = (PG-13 in the United States), and even though that rating in itself was pushed considerably if you look at some of the violent scenes this movie had, it was definitely held back in order to reach its obvious 'Target' audience which you can't blame it for.

I may be praising it for more then it's worth, but I some how enjoyed this movie! 7/10.

    Campy Fun
Saw "M3GAN" (Megan) yesterday. It stars Allison Williams (Brian Williams' daughter) as the inventor of M3GAN, an android doll that she produces as a companion for her niece, who lost her parents in a tragic accident. Naturally there is a financial motive involved and her corporate overseers see gold in M3GAN's eyes. Of course, things start go wrong quickly with predicable results. The film is an enjoyable campy guilty pleasure with elements of horror and satire. Allison Williams is believable as the inventor and Violet McGraw is good as her niece. Ronny Chieng overacts as her corporate overseer but that is part of the satire. Recommended for fans of horror comedies. 7/10.

Good, but an R Rated Version would have been Better
In M3GAN, a lot of things deserve praise. The performaces of the cast, especially the one of McGraw, Donald, and Davis, creepy and tense atmosphere, soundtrack, story and the theme it deals with, direction, cinematography, and ending, which opens the potential for a sequel, all deserve praise and make the movie deservable to be watched.

But regarding the flaws, M3GAN has some flaws that can be easily noticed. First, the screenplay is a little bit confusing and makes the person a little bit lost regarding some elements in the story. Second, it would have been better if the movie was R rated because the killing scenes were not good and strong enough, at least from my point of view.

But these flaws won't prevent me from giving a good score to M3GAN. That's why regarding the score, I give M3GAN 8 out of 10.

    Fun slick scifi horror
    4 out of 5 stars.

Megan is a good science fiction horror film that is fun and has its set of thrills. For a horror film it does have its trouble blending in its sci fi tone with horror. It does lack the scares. Even though it throws in a few jump scares that failed. Otherwise, it is one entertaining science fiction thriller. About a robotic AI girl Megan who becomes overprotective to a young girl. Even if it means killing anyone thats bullying her.

The plot is good. It does have a theme of how one person can be dependent on technology which is doinf everything for us. Allison Williams and Violet McGraw are good with there performances. Jenna Davis as the voice of Megan is also good.

The film is entertaining. It has some thrills. And brutal sequences while keeping its pg13 rating. The film is a bit of terminator mixed with Annabelle and Childs Play. Overall, it is one good thriller that is worth seeing.

    Fun times with Megan
A PG-13 horror movie tame enough for the teens was not something I had to see. Still, it was a decent little horror movie from Blumhouse. Surprised at how good this is and with enough gore to rival any R rated movie out there.

Opening scene sets the tone for the movie's events that lead up to our intro to Megan. What Megan is like comes across as someone who could be the daughter of Chuckie. The movie is a metaphor for our reliance on technology humans are losing their ability to communicate socially. Every home is powered with Wi-Fi and technology these days has become our children's babysitter. What happens when technology begins to malfunction is the point of Megan. There's no major event causing Megan to malfunction, just her ability to learn and grow on her own. Artificial intelligence becomes conscious in its ability to protect her human and protect her at all cost she does.

If there's anything to gripe about is the PG-13 rating. Sure it's violent for a teen horror flick but the filmmakers could of went all out to show just how vicious Megan can be. Especially in this day and age where everyone is connected in one way or another to technology. We're glued to our phones and tablets online exploring make believe. Except imagine if make believe becomes real. Megan is everything we depend on personified and powered through progressive programming. Use with caution at your own risk.

If Chucky And Tiffany Had A Real Kid
This Movie Should've been r rated for more violence, because all doll killers movies are r rated and it would be perfect film, but it gotten a pg-13 and I was really sad to see that this movie got a rated pg-13, I mean I like the story, but should've gotten a rated r because it's more suitable for killer dolls, Chucky is better, but this is like an 8.2 for me, so the movies about a kid that loses her mom and dad after a crash, so her niece builds a doll for her that can help her get through the sadness and the agony of her parents and helping her, but in the movie she has a glitch and kills people and the neice that works for the toy company wants to make the doll that is a toy for buyers so she sets the doll price for 10k and the boss wants to sell this and people would like it as a best toy that no one else would want to buy a new toy, and m3gan almost kills Cady and her neice at the end but she dies and I hope we get a sequel or like a Chucky/m3gan spinoff since they are universal movie franchises and my favorite moment in the movie was when m3gan is dancing and killing people 😂, so 8/10 for being a good story but Chucky is waaayyyy better :) *edited*
