    This is AWESOME!!
It's one of my favorite movie!!! I watched like 8 times. When I feel bad or lost or sinking in disappointment I will watch this. As a teenager I always feel lost in the future and this movie gave me some strength to told me just DO WHAT U WANT no matter it's fail or awesome.

And the music part is fantastic. Its arrangement of music is better than a lot of classic musical motion version and Andrew's voice is beautiful. I can see something in this movie I think that's what I really need to consider about.... It can make me think of my future and what I really want and also learn how to face the failures inside of my life.

    tick, tick...BOOM!
I recall reading back in 1996 about Jonathan Larson, the creator of the wonderful "Rent" (amongst others) and was intrigued to see just how Lin-Manuel Miranda might tackle this story. Though fairly well known in theatrical circles now, back in 1989/1990 Larson was a struggling songwriter. Juggling his relationships, his funding, an indifferent agent and quite a bit of a mental block, we are treated to a tour de force effort from Andrew Garfield as he portrays this visionary young man striving to complete this eponymous work. I think Garfield is super here. He can hold a note and he brings something of the charm, dedication and charisma of this young man to the screen with the aid of some fine original lyrics with collaborator Stephen Sondheim. Miranda keeps the pace moving along in a lively fashion, offering us quite an insight into the demons this man faced without allowing it to become melodramatic, or sentimental - and there are two strong supporting efforts from Vanessa Hudgens and Robin de Jesus. At times it does have a documentary style feel to it, the audience is a fly on the wall and - not always comfortably - that adds a poignancy to the presentation of this dedicated fellow. Anyone interested in musical theatre, or, indeed, the entire sphere of artistic and creative processes ought to watch one good actor's efforts to immerse us in the labours of love and pain of a good writer.

Our favourite Andrew shines as playing Jon
How much do you think you do is enough for your goal, are you getting closer to the dream you always want to live, are you living happy enough while chasing your destiny? Is it really enough? Do you know the time is clicking and do you ever feel tense about the time which you thought will be a breakthrough but still every moment you feel you're far away from that? Well, this movie is about Jonathan Larson, who tirelessly chased time, before he turns 30 to prove his worthiness. That was a wonderful performance our loving Andrew Garfield. And as it is a musical-drama, it has many original songs which beautifully tell his story with deeper meaning and his point-of-view, how he sees the world. I liked the "30/90" and "Louder than words".

Definitely, it is the best pick if you want the inspiration to kick up and start building a path to reach your dream or destiny.

When your song is like a cry of the soul
Lin-Manuel Miranda's film "Tick-tock... Boom!" was viewed by me as part of familiarization with the nominees for the Oscar-2022 award in the Best Actor category. I really supported the very charismatic and bright actor Andrew Garfield here. The young man has long established himself as an emotional, deep and memorable artist. This movie-musical only allowed me to see this once again.

Garfield plays a real person named Jonathan Larson, a composer who has gone through an amazing and exhausting path of his formation. In the film, there is a narration about the most difficult and most interesting moments of a man's life. However, the material is presented in the format of a musical, which makes it possible to see colorful performances in the frame and enjoy amazing musical compositions.

The film comes out sincere and very warm, heavy and sometimes cruel. You can't take away the most important thing. The story that the creators show us is sure to goosebumps through the nerve, which we see on the screen thanks not only to the excellent script and production, but also to the grandiose acting. I really remember Andrew Garfield, Robin Dejesus, Vanessa Anne Hudgens, Alexandra Shipp.

The film not only shows the life of composer Larson, but also raises very important questions of existence. For example, a musical makes you wonder who you are in this modern world, when you are almost 30 years old. What have you achieved by this age. And what is generally considered to be one or another achievement. It is clear that each viewer himself will honestly answer these questions to himself, because there is no true criterion for evaluating the success or failure of a person. The main thing is how you feel yourself, how you see your prospects. So the heroes of the film are sometimes torn apart, trying to achieve certain peaks in their world, sometimes not realizing that perhaps all these peaks are essentially imposed by society, and specifically the heroes do not need them.

In order to feel the whole nerve of this work, it is necessary to accept the utopian rules of the project presented. Even though this picture is based on the real life of a certain person, a lot of what is shown here is something surreal, which sometimes makes you wonder how much this could have happened at all. However, we must not forget that a work of art is artistic for that. There are embellishments here and there, a special gloss that will allow everything to look great. But you should always read between the lines, right? After all, it was then and thanks to such works that a person can quite see himself and his life from the outside. Such is it - reflection. It is necessary to learn to enjoy what is happening in your life, because she is alone, she will not ask whether to go further or stop so that you tune in to the positive. Be able to live today and go forward and up. That's what this movie teaches.

"Tick-tock... Boom!" remains in my soul for a long time, probably forever. The film taught you to look at things differently, to be much kinder and more positive, to go to your dream, to love people close to you, otherwise perceiving their presence nearby, because it is a blessing, and it is necessary to remain human.

This is a bright adventure in which excellent actors and staging, gorgeous tracks and a storm of emotions are waiting for you. In the finale, I believe everyone will be able to responsibly say that the time spent watching this movie was used wisely.

    10 out of 10.

    Blown Away
I hadn't even heard of this before my wife suggested it. I'm a fan of musical theater but it's not my go to genre when it comes to movie watching. I watched this and was blown away! Andrew Garfield was absolute GENIUS! This turned me onto his whole career catalog and I have not regretted it. I've only really known Vanessa Hudgens from her Disney films and didn't even recognize her because it was such a different role. I just rewatched it again. It pulls on every heartstring. The music is incredible. Everything is just riveting! It's a must watch !
