    A Bond
One of the best film i watched recently. Each and Evey scene was perfect. Just perfect... Nothing more than that.

The Covenant's visuals are nothing short of breathtaking. Ritchie, known for his distinct visual style, infuses the movie with his signature flair. The cinematography beautifully captures the magical landscapes, intense action sequences, and intricate spell-casting moments. Each frame feels meticulously crafted, immersing the audience in a visually stunning world where reality and mysticism coexist.

In conclusion, Guy Ritchie's "The Covenant" is an extraordinary cinematic triumph that delivers an enthralling experience from beginning to end. With its masterful storytelling, outstanding performances, breathtaking action, and thought-provoking themes, the movie stands as a testament to the brilliance of its director. A definite 5 out of 5, "The Covenant" is a must-watch for anyone seeking a spellbinding journey into the depths of human nature and the allure of secrecy.

Would have been 8/10 but... I went for 6/10
Good film overall, from the beginning it reminds me of the brilliant 1917 with no nonsense on the edge of seat stuff populated likeable sympathetic characters developed in a short space of time. It is a very fast paced first half although like 1917 it has obviously been filmed and edited to feel much like a computer game.

I won't spoil things and say too much but I must write for me as a Brit there are two massive let downs; The first being half way through where the wife of the main character gives such a cheesy, over sentimental, typically American schmaltzy speech to her husband. Liking the film so much thus far, it felt like finding a cockroach swimming in a beautifully made soup.

The second let down; Yet another typically American gung-ho scene where US airforce heroes (cavalry to the rescue yet again) fly over and, from an unbelievable distance take out all the baddies whilst miraculously not harming anyone on their side.

Other than the ultra-cheese fest elements The Covenant it's a well crafted film for those who want a tiny bit of intellectualism whilst simultaneously being brought to the boil with hatred for the bearded baddies and taken on an emotional, if not over-sentimental rollercoaster.

Rated 8 of 10 after rating over 1300 movies
I was expecting more simple story but I get surprised by acting skills, story line and in general efforts put to make scenes for realistic perspective.

Don't want to spoil. So, I was hoping for a bit more extended ending which they failed to make.

Just anyone who watching, try pay enough attention to movie without distractions because details matter. The beginning of movie felt a bit boring but after things get more and more interesting.

I don't know why but looks like for Jake Gyllenhaal drama type of action movie rules are one of the best. Made me to remember how much I enjoyed his acting movies such as Life and Source Code.
