Watch cinema with heart and content
This movie is very forthcoming about the trials of frontier life. The many stories lines gives the different insights of heroic and tragic lives of that time. Great acting and casted for in-depth film. Kevin Costner was a small part of the film but when he was there he made an impact. For 3 hours the movie was entertaining that it appeared right. Support real cinema to keep this types of films in theatre. I fear that movies that portray the history of our development of USA will be erase. Western should not glamorize and down play the struggles of the frontier. Kevin Costner did a great job. Watch it!!!!

    Action packed Western
Everyone that skipped out on this because of bad reviews is missing out. It's one of the best westerns that has come out. Kevin Costner and crew knew what they were doing, and I'm glad they didn't make your typical Hollywood film. I can't wait for the next parts to release, because the ending leaves a lot of cliff hangers. They do a great job of showing what the Wild West was probably like. I was shocked by how many big name actors and actresses are in the movie, and they all fit their roles very well. Stop reading reviews like mine and just get out and watch the movie for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

    Only the beginning.....
Last week Chapter 1 of Kevin Costner's four-part saga, Horizon, hit theaters and it is the best western this blogger has ever seen. I was excited to see this despite the fact that this project has pulled Costner away from his Yellowstone duties.

This movie features superb storytelling and is supported by a stellar cast. I cannot wait to see what this western epic has in store for us as we are only at the very tip of the iceberg. One thing to keep in mind when watching this movie is that it is only chapter 1 of a 4-part saga. There is a lot of buildup and unlike most movies, there is no large climax at the end. Something tells me, however, that the best is yet to come and when all is said and done, I predict that this could go down as the greatest western story ever told.

Despite the fact that this movie is mostly buildup for the rest of the saga, I absolutely loved it. I tend to be very critical of films that move at a slower pace, but this film never feels like it is dragging, despite a run time of over 3 hours. I give this movie a 9/10 rating and hope you get to see it as it is intended which is at the movie theaters like I did.

    One of the best westerns
Watched the film at cannes one of the best westerns. The direction the charaters the script the cinematography all of it. I loved this more than coppola megalopolis. Going to see it for a second time when it comes out .So good .I missed seeing costner in big movie roles even though he's in yellowstone .The acting is really good. The set design and the effects made it look like it is real. Like we're living in that world. Recommend to everyone to see this masterpiece. I was kinda scared at first but when i watched it i was blown out .Really one of the best films of the 2020s. Masterpiece from start to finish.
