    Worst film ever
If it wasn't for the fact the foo fighters were in this film it would never have been made. Terrible story terrible acting not scary or funny which I thought would have been a must in a comedy horror.

I honestly wanted to turn it off after 10 minutes but thought I'll give it go, another 5 mins...... It got no better.

I honestly feel like I've had 2 hours of my life stolen from me that I will never get back.

    Huge huge huge disappointment.

Do not entertain the thought of watching it, I guarantee you will regret it.

I've been a huge Dave grohl fan since his early stuff before foo and Nirvana.......but you let us down Dave.

    What I Expected....
I saw this on release at the theaters. It is awesome and funny. Not too many horror movies I like with combination with comedy, since comedy usually is stupidity. This is just what it needed in the mix. I just bought the digital version 4k UHD on MoviesAnyWhere, and watching on my 4k television. Nice quality! Just as I remember at the theaters again. I think the band did awesome as acting in this movie. I do not listen to Foo Fighters too much, but heard them mostly on the radio, and seeing this movie makes me love them more. I am a horror movie fan and lover. I say this fits the bill on the horror genre. Only paid $5 for it too. Nice just before Halloween too. This movie should be rated a little higher to me. So, what it is a B movie, fills like A- to me. I recommend for horror movie fan to have in their collection. Enjoy!

    For Foo Fighters Fans Only?
I have only recently gotten around to watching this movie, in flight on a recent trip to the states. I'm a massive Foo Fighters fan, and I mean MASSIVE. I think this is a necessity to enjoy a movie like this? I'm not sure if this would appeal to the casual watcher who don't really know the band, even if they are a fan of the genre.

I had to stop myself giving this movie a 10. I wanted to but it's not a 10, it's not even close to a 10 as much I love the Band.

It is pretty fun for the viewer and impossible to take seriously. There's a few cheap laughs, the story line is good enough and needless to say Dave is the driving force behind the whole movie. I'm not sure this will win many academy awards and Dave aside, Nate, Chris, Pat, Taylor and Rami look almost awkward. Grohl is a born showman. He's not an actor but he's just about good enough to get away with this one.

For me it's harder to watch knowing we recently lost our beloved Taylor Hawkins, but it's also great to see him with his band and they all look like they had a ball making this gory slasher.

If you like the Band, if you like low budget cheese fests, or if you like people getting chainsawed in half whilst knocking boots, this could be the movie for you!

    Oh dear!
Foo Fighters in a horror comedy? Not sure if either of these tags apply. Don't get me wrong, Dave is a top bloke, but if he wasn't who is is, this would never have been made. Its the D. G. show, as he plays out about 90% of the script himself and is in just about every scene. Unfortunately, that's not a good thing as he doesn't have the acting chops to carry the film. All could be forgiven it was actually funny, but to be honest the humour is cheesy at best. This is no Pick of Destiny!

    Stick to the music lads!

I am sorry to say that this is the only film I have actually turned off before the end for years? Terrible...2 stars is generous.

    Dave and friends
In 1993, a man brutally murders a group of people in an Encino mansion. Today, Dave Grohl and his band need to record a new album and they are using the same mansion.

Dave Grohl has always been willing to have fun on film. One can see that in his music videos. The fact is that I could never take him seriously as a real actor but he could be a satire of himself. The film could use that but it doesn't take full advantage. The second half does something but that's too late. This is written by Dave and seems to be a passion project for him. He needs a stronger hand to help him guide this project and make him better. This is no music video.
