    Loved Diana
I truly loved Diana, she was a strong beautiful woman. Kristen Stewart was the wrong choice for her. Some say she is a great actress, I don't see it. I see flat, boring, emotionless acting from her and to chose her for this role was just disrespectful for Diana. My comment is strictly to her acting in this role. Not her past roles which were equally as flat. The job of an actor or actress is to make you believe them in whichever role, that they are that character. With Stewart, I can not. I do not believe she is a royal, I believe in this role she is a recovering drug addict. She twitches and is jumpy not as the role calls for but as a drug addict would be. She gives off zero emotion as a mother would when dealing with the children in the film also. I would give this movie zero stars if it were based on any one other than Diana. As far as the movie itself. Rubbish. Maybe try hiring better cast, someone that would make be feel the emotions they are supposed to be portraying.

    Subtle, heartbreaking and authentic
This incredible piece, by a great director, and included in the Swedish "Cinema Pass" (which promotes great filmmaking) is definitely deserving of all its praise, and one of the best features of the year no doubt.

It is very subtly conveyed, and is very heavy on imagery, metaphors and allegories that are all used to exception. It isn't about the life story nor tragic death of Princess Diana, but rather about chronicling the essence of her struggle in several ways. Very unique, very interesting.

The actors are incredible, as one might expect, and it is truly career defining. The cinematography, cutting and editing is stellar as well, as mentioned above; incredible imagery, very beautifully put together.

Overall, truly a masterpiece in every sense of the word. Highly recommended for any lover of film! Important and prominent historical piece.

    Captivating Performances and Beautiful Cinematography
"Spencer" is a captivating film that takes us into the world of Princess Diana. I must say, Kristen Stewart's performance is simply stunning and deserves all the praise it's receiving. I don't understand why people have such strong prejudices against her. This is the third film I've watched with her, and I haven't noticed any issues. As a fan of the novel "Twilight" before the movie adaptations were made, I remember watching Kristen Stewart portray Bella Swan, and she absolutely captured the essence of the character. Bella was meant to be awkward, introverted, and clumsy, and Stewart portrayed those qualities flawlessly. It's unfortunate that people criticized her for simply portraying the character as intended.

Returning to the movie "Spencer", Kristen Stewart beautifully captures Diana's vulnerability and strength. Her portrayal adds depth to the character, making her raw and relatable. I was completely absorbed in the plot, and I felt my emotions shaking when I witnessed her emotional breakdown. Stewart's performance conveys the internal struggles and conflicting emotions of Princess Diana.

The film itself is visually stunning, with breathtaking cinematography and impressive production design. These elements contribute to the overall viewing experience and make the film even more enjoyable.

    Hard work
Finally got around to watching this and I actually switched off before it ended. It's boring and actually quite annoying. The movie is completely dominated by Kristen Stewart as Diana and as a performance it's average. The major issue for me was her voice. Yes, she sounds English but it's so forced that at times I struggled to tell what she was saying. She also had a habit of talking in a whisper which made it even more difficult to tell what the hell she was on about. She also seemed too short to play Diana so in my humble opinion it was a strange casting choice. She is by no means terrible, but she is also nowhere near award worthy.

As a whole this is a drag of a movie which just doesn't show Diana properly. Oh yes, the music is atrocious as well.

    Please, dont. Just. Don't.
A fable from a true tragedy and a horrible fable at that!

This just made Princess D unlikeable and annoying and anything remotely interesting and not weird wasn't even true.

Fair enough it wasn't a biopic, but it was a really silly choice to make a weird drama about Princess D. I understand that mental health issues are being brought to attention here but... w.t.f Just to make it worse, I was expecting something, anything! To happen but it just ended. What was the point of this movie?? Why??

Don't even get me started on Kstew. I genuinely don't see how anyone could praise that performance. She apparently spent 6 months preparing for that accent but couldn't get her head around how to talk in that accent without an odd huffing whisper with every sentence!!

If you're on the edge about watching already, please take this advice, don't bother!

If you're OK with watching a movie and feeling really unfulfilled and agitated, like you just hung out with a really exhausting friend for the day, then this is just for you!
