    Wow
This movie is absolutely beautiful from to to bottom.

Michael B. Jordan seems to have a stuffy spot for making movies based on actual facts.

The acting is well done by all and the point of the movie is to move you and believe in something a little sweeter. Although a little bit at the end, the beauty is what can come from such a bitter and sad situation.

The movie follows the love of Dana and Charles, it also follows the love Charles has for his country and his soldiers. Charles never waivers on either and it's semi understood by Dana. Jordan, their son turns out to be a fantastic child with the help of his loving mother and the journal Charles had been writing directly to him. It gives Charles a way to be with Jordan even though his physical body is not there.

Beautiful and heartwarming... a little long but still an excellent film.

    Slow But Worth I
Good job Denzel It was slow but kept my attention. It's not about the quality of the movie but the subject. It was a true story. It was someone's life, not just a movie. Too many men grow up without direction. This man knew how to be a Father.

    Humanity nowadays lacks values
You know society is in a bad place right now when a movie like this has only a 5/10 rating. If this movie would've been made back in early 2000s it would be nominated for Best Picture. Great movie with a proper message. Congrats to Denzel and Michael. I hope the right people don't get confused by the rating. Watch this and enjoy. We can still save our society, we don't need to hate each other all the time. Not all movies need to be a happy Disney CG festival. Some movies need to be about real life.
